Delivery
We aim to process all orders within one to three days after they are placed. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Order's are shipped from oversea's so please allow 5-15 business days for your order to arrive within United Kingdom.
Products are not considered to be missing until 6 weeks after shipment.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery details. We ship to the customer address provided, and once shipped, we cannot take responsibility for lost items as a result of an incorrect shipping address. If you ordered several items, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes so they might not always arrive together on the same day. Please be patient, but if you are concerned refer to your tracking number to track your item. If this is not successful, please contact us via our Contact Us page or at info@rhboutique.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Exchanges / Returns
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges for the same item within 14 days from the date of delivery as recorded by the shipping provider. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Due to hygienic reasons earrings do not qualify for an exchange or return.
Cancelling an order
Email us immediately if you would like to cancel an order and we will try to do so for you; however, once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
